Scaloppine al marsala

This menu is designed slightly more for beginners. We start with Spaghetti alla carbonara which is a simple egg dish and therefore makes a great store cupboard standby. Scaloppine al marsala is chicken breast, coated in flour and cooked in a south Italian wine sauce. Very quick and very scrumptious. We finish with Salame di cioccolato which I must admit was my absolute favourite as a kid. Sometimes I used to dream about it. I love teaching, making and eating this!
